I am extremely dissatisfied with CFS and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite initial skepticism due to negative reviews, I proceeded with my cabinet purchase. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored the grievances of other customers.

1. CFS initially promised my cabinet in December 2023, but I received an email on the day of arrival stating it would be delayed until March 2024. Their excuse of a wrong container was suspicious, given similar claims from other customers. It seems monthly container mishaps are conveniently routine for them.

2. After confirming the delivery date, I paid £120 to have my old cupboard removed. To my dismay, I received an email the next day announcing further delays. Upon calling customer service, I was shockingly told, "I do not care," before being abruptly hung up on. Supposedly, it was a technical glitch, a déjà vu scenario shared by another disgruntled customer.

3. Seeking compensation, I was initially told it wasn't offered. Later, they begrudgingly proposed a mere 5% refund, insufficient to cover the expenses and time wasted on removing my old cabinet and numerous frustrating calls during my work hours.

Adding to my frustration, a concerning pattern emerges in all customer reviews—CFS consistently deflects blame onto customers or the delivery company. Not once did they take responsibility for their shortcomings, always quick to shift blame. This trend further undermines their credibility and paints a disturbing picture of a company unwilling to address its own faults. Future customers should be wary of a company that habitually avoids accountability and places blame on those who trusted them with their business.

Delivery arrived on time and the items were just as described

Easy to order, delivered when said. Lovely cabinet, great service, would use CFS again very happy with my purchase.

I was kept up to date with emails regarding the progress of my delivery. My bedside table arrived on the scheduled date and I am very happy with it.

The chairs are really nice, look great, very comfortable, and sturdy, came earlier than expected which is a bonus. the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because it stated these Chairs were ready assembled. but to my dismay I had to attach the legs to the seat, I couldn't do it, so I had to call my son to assemble them for me, I think it took around 50 minutes. But overall the chairs are wort every penny.

Ordered Dorset TV unit in Ivory.Very pleased with the unit.Had a problem with delivery.But I had opted for the room of choice delivery and because of the problem they deducted the £19.99 from the balance.
